The act of feeing whole from the inside rather than feeling whole from the outside is a rather new concept for most.
Being freed from needing validation or approval from someone, in order to feel whole within ourselves, is one of the most empowering steps one can achieve during their lifetime.
Not only is it a self-empowerment tactic but it also releases any power or hold anyone outside of us has to control, dominate, manipulate or destroy us.

Self-Validation also becomes extremely powerful when there are forces beyond our control bringing us to our knees. These are the times we need to remember the most who the hell we are in order to come out still standing on the other side.

Once you know who you are no one can try to create illusions of who they want you to be!
