Today I am sharing more of my honest, ironic and wide ride through grief. I gave my mother permission to move on and find happiness but never knew how hard it will be on me just like most of you.

I reflected this year on the journey -A year in a half after her death I share insights on my often excruciating process of moving through and with loss -- as well as some quiet wisdom for anyone else experiencing life-changing grief.

We Don't realize it but everything we survive and conquer is meant to be shared - it's a story to be told. A light in a sense to share and keep illuminated to help others who struggle to find their way.
