Popiah Skin = Chinese style Crepe
These are normally seem in Malaysia and Singapore.
We normally wrap with ingredients to our own personal liking.

Ingredients (10~12pcs 18cm)
360ml~380ml water
200g plain flour
1 tbsp tapioca flour
1 tsp vegetable oil
1/3 tsp salt

Fillings
550g Turnip (Bang Kwang), finely grated
200ml water
1 carrot, finely grated
30g dried shrimps
1 tsp salt
1.5 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cooking oil

Egg Floss
3 egg yolk
1.5 egg white
1/3 tsp white vinegar
1/4 tsp salt

配料(10〜12个18厘米)
360毫升〜380毫升水
200克普通面粉
1汤匙木薯粉
1茶匙植物油
1/3茶匙盐

馅料
550克沙葛(芒光),磨碎
200毫升水
1根胡萝卜,磨碎
30克虾米
1茶匙盐
1.5汤匙酱油
1汤匙食用油

蛋丝
3个蛋黄
1.5个蛋清
1/3茶匙白醋
1/4茶匙盐
