In this video, I removed old can lights and installed new LED Wafer lights I got from Amazon. This time I did not have access to attic because this was for a space in a basement.

If you decide to do this yourself, always make sure you turn off power doing anything and make sure you work safe. If you are unsure or don't feel comfortable, always consult the professionals.
