This video details my one-year weight loss transformation before and after. I started my weight loss journey in July 2020, so it's been just over a year of maintaining consistent exercise and diet. I think the results I achieved are pretty good, so I want to share with you guys my motivation for losing weight, my diet, and the lessons I learned along the way.
My main diet technique was intermittent fasting with a 16/8 split. I did only cardio for the first 6 months which was a mistake and lost a ton of muscle. Then I bought weights at home and went to the gym every day while keeping protein intake high. With this strategy, I essentially converted fat to muscle.
