O Death, hold back, for I am still young.
Still awaiting a bright tomorrow.
The clouds of joy have yet to rain.
O Death loosen your grip, I am here to stay.

I have yet to experience the worldy blessings
Too young to know what is gain or loss.
Still in awe of the beauty, still a child in a cradle.
Even my courage has yet to strenghthen.
Dear Death, spare me today, for I have yet to learn.

The bombs, the floods and pandemics.
God has chosen many ways for my demise.
For my loved ones, still need me. But I am standing8 on the line of life and death.
With my shallowing breaths,
I can feel it all coming to an end.

مرګیه مه رازه لا ځوان یم
د سپین سبا په انتظار یم
لا به ښادی باران وریږی
لمن مې پریږده، زه ایسار یم.

لا په جهان کې نعمتونو ته یې پام کړمه
