Hi friends! I am excited to share my experience with the Baby Led Feeding Journey Program. (This video is not sponsored. I was given access to this program in exchange for an honest review).

Before starting the program, I felt intimidated about starting to feed my baby solid foods. After going through this program, I now feel energized and excited to feed my baby a variety of new foods and I feel so much more confident and I have more peace knowing that he is getting all the nutrition he needs for his stage of development. I wanted to share my story to encourage you if you are feeling overwhelmed about starting solids with your baby.

My name is Adrienne and I am a mom of 2 boys who are 20 months apart. We have a 2.5 year old and an 11 month old. I really wish the Baby Led Feeding Journey had existed 2 years ago when I was starting solids with our first! But I am so happy that I have this program now, for our baby, because both of our boys are benefiting from it now!

My husband and I enjoy cooking and we eat nutrient-dense food, but I didn't know how to bridge the gap between pureed baby food and introducing what we were eating for lunch or dinner to our baby.

I didn’t feel confident in the kitchen anymore, which is not usual for me…I usually love cooking!

I felt like I was piecing all these things together and I felt this huge burden on me to know what to do and what steps to take next. Meal planning each week was something I dreaded. I don't love planning ahead anyway, and I prefer to just throw together my own meals creatively. Time in the kitchen used to be fun for me. But now, I realized I needed to plan ahead a little more. I was scrambling to find foods and recipes my baby could eat and relying a lot on expensive jarred foods and defaulting to easy foods that I knew he liked while I tried to learn more about Baby Led Weaning. I found myself making separate meals for our son, instead of serving what we were eating already, which is something I didn’t want to do.

I thought that there had to be a better way to feed my baby.

I now have a clear path of exactly what I need to feed my baby so now I don't have to worry that my baby isn't getting adequate nutrition. I love that this program was created by a registered dietitian who is ALSO and a mom of two. I am so thankful I found this program when I did because her youngest daughter is one month older than our youngest son, so as her daughter was being introduced to new foods, she was documenting the WHOLE process and she includes it ALL in her program. She includes videos of what she cooks and how she prepares it, like you're in you're in the kitchen with her as she's like cutting up the vegetables and putting on the oil and putting on the different spices that she's chosen.

Now I have 12 weeks of meal plans, videos of her in the kitchen showing exactly how to make each food, and videos of her baby girl eating each meal.

Now I have a guide to introducing different textures, flavors, and spices.

I really appreciated how she systematically introduced the top allergens through the 12 weeks in a way that was spaced out and intentional.

It is everything I need to know in one place. This program saved me time researching, saved me time meal planning, and she even has grocery lists for each week broken down by sections at the grocery store.

Mealtimes are a joy with our baby now.

I've looked into a lot of other courses that teach you how to do Baby Led Weaning, but in this program, you get to actually SEE everything a registered dietician feeds her own baby girl every single day for three months. It’s not just random recipes put together. It’s a complete meal plan and system so you’ll learn how to repurpose leftovers or ingredients that were prepped ahead throughout the week.I've found that we waste less food with this plan, which saves a lot of money. You get to SEE how to make everything for the whole family and the baby.

I feel so much more confident now moving forward and I am excited to cook new things for my family and for my kids. Mealtimes are more exciting now, and I’m not in a rut anymore, trying to piece together a meal plan each week and defaulting to eating the same foods over and over.
