Tony Roberts reveals his secrets to continue to still improve his high surfing level every year and the keys to keeping the continued progression and stoke levels firing on all cylinders.

Most know TR's name for the many films he produced, and photos published on the covers of all the major surf magazines, as well as staff photographer for Quiksilver, O'Neill and many other brands back in the era of a surf industry, however he has dedicated the last 20+ years of his life to surfing, yoga and nutrition and the results are inspiring for anyone interested in performance surfing longevity.
