This is a 15 minute introductory workout to plyometric exercises for seniors and beginners. We'll start with a warm-up and then cardio meets plyometrics throughout the workout. Plyometrics has lots of benefits, including exercises to improve bone density and strength. If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered a beginner to intermediate level workout. You can follow along for the beginner level, or choose to do level 2 or 3 for an intermediate level workout. Total step count today is 1684 steps.
