Today is the Dragon Boat Festival
Having dragon boat races, hanging Chinese mugwort, and of course, making rice dumplings(zong zi)
The elderly have made rice dumplings for many years ,they are highly-experienced:
The bamboo leaves should be fresh, the edible soda water must be pure, and the glutinous rice should be pressed tightly. This will make a authentic pork alkaline(soda ash)rice dumpling!

粽叶要鲜，碱水要纯，糯米压紧，这才能做好一道纯粹的碱水肉粽！
