Paneer Butter Masala❤Paneer Makhani|Paneer Recipes|Gravy Curries|Dhaba Style Paneer Masala

Ingredients

Oil 2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Bay leaf 1 no
Onions 2 nos medium sized chopped
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Green chillies 1no chopped
Kashmiri Chilli powder 2 tbsp
Tomatoes 4 nos medium size chopped
Salt to taste
Paneer 250 grams ( cut into cubes)
Kasuri methi roasted 1 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped 4 tbsp
Fresh Cream 4 tbsp

Method
Take a kadai and heat oil and butter. Now add bay leaf and give a stir. Then add chopped onions and fry till light brown at medium heat. Now add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2-3 minutes at medium heat. Then add green chillies. Now add kashmiri chilli powder and give a stir. Then add tomotoes and salt. Cover for 20 minutes at low heat till tomatoes become soft and mashy. Now add paneer and mix it lightly.
Add some dash of water. Then add roasted kasuri methi and chopped coriander leaves. Now add fresh cream and give a nice stir. Cook for 2 minutes at low heat.
Serve hot with rice or chappati and Enjoy.
