I made pastries much easier than the usual way.
I made it thicker and it was 3 times more crispy than normal pastry.
From the sound to the taste, it's the best.
It is explained in detail so that even beginners can follow it, so please make it.
The sheet made is not only pastry,
You can use it in various ways such as tarts or pies.


*** Measurements are scales (g), rice spoons (Tbsp), teaspoons (tsp) (not measuring spoons)

[6.5cm x 9cm = 6 pieces]
✤ Dough
- 250g Bread flour
- 50g Room temperature unsalted butter
- 3g (1tsp) Salt
- 10 g (1Tbsp) Sugar
- 120ml Cold water
- 120g Room temperature unsalted butter (for spreading)

✤ Filling
- Strawberry Jam
- Chocolate Jam

✤ Before Baking
- Egg wash (2Tbsp eggs + 2Tbsp milk)

✤ Tips
- Since it was winter, the room temperature was low, so I rolled it right to the end without refrigerated tissue paper.
- If the dough becomes soft due to high room temperature, rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before rolling.
- If the dough is soft, there are no layers, and it bakes in lumps like scones.
-You can make the pie size and shape as you like.
- Store in the refrigerator and consume immediately after defrosting at room temperature.
