Vanilla extract:
1 oz of beans to 1 cup of alcohol*
*Alcohol needs to be at minimum 35%-60% alcohol / volume or 70-120 proof, higher proof alcohol needs to be diluted.

16 oz sugar
12 oz alcohol
2 oz light corn syrup
1/2 tsp zanthan gum
