2kg Boston Butt (Will feed 6)
Apple Juice
Apple cider vinegar
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Onion
Celery

Rub:
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Salt
2 tsp of Mustard Powder
1 tbsp of Onion Powder
2 tbsp of Smoked Paprika
2 tsp of Chipotle Chilli
1 tsp of Cayenne Chilli Powder
