We made a wine with Goji Berries from the local Asian Market. This... was interesting. Lots going on here. We ended up doing some flavor balancing while trying to keep to the core and heart of it being a goji berry wine. Here's the thing about our recipes, like this goji berry wine: We try to not only give you a workable recipe, but show you HOW we achieved it too.
