We purchased this foreclosure for $45,000 at the end of November. The previous owner actually passed away a few years ago and the house has just been sitting vacant since then. It needs a good bit of work, but it will be a great investment property. Once all the repairs and renovations are complete, I expect to have about $65,000 to $70,000 in the house and I will rent it for around $850 a month.
