Coming back from a 4 month injury to my IT band was one of the most frustrating, setback ridden, lengthy processes I've ever experienced as an athlete. IT band syndrome is an incredibly common injury, but I still think there are a lot people who have it and don't know a lot about it. One of the most important things I learned was that IT Band syndrome can become a chronic issue. If you want to avoid that, watch this video and see everything I did to recover from my IT band injury, and all the things I'm doing to keep myself healthy now.
