HIGH Protein cheesecake bowl ๐คค in less than 5 mins!
Save this one for when you need a sweet treat, or just a non meat option to hit your protein goals. (I can only eat so much meat in a day).
If made exactly how I did this will provide 30 grams protein, 21 carbs, and 8 fat.

Stir
Toppings I add: 7 grams semi sweet mini choc chips, 10 grams granola, 2 TBS cool whip
