#1 Red bean rice (Patbap)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup red beans
2 1/2 cups glutinous rice
2 1/2 cups water
1/2t salt

#2 Beef seaweed soup (Miyeok guk)
Ingredients: (For 4 servings)
1oz (30g) dried seaweed
7oz (200g) beef
1 small onion
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce for soup
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1t salt
8 cups of water

#3 Japchae
Ingredients:
5oz (150g) dried glass noodles
4 oz (110g) pork
5 shiitake mushrooms
1/2 onion
1/2 carrot
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1/2 red bell pepper
3oz (90g) spinach
Sauce
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons cooking oil
4 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons oligosaccharide or corn syrup
a bit of pepper

#4 Grilled yellow croaker
Ingredients
2 yellow croakers
2T flour
A bit salt
A bit oil

#5 Saewoo Twigim (Deep fried shrimp)
Ingredients:
20 medium-sized shrimp
1 cup frying mix
1 cup cold or ice water
cooking oil
