✔️Carrots 100 g
✔️Bran 70 g (I used oat bran)
✔️Walnuts 2 tablespoons
✔️Eggs 4 pieces
✔️Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
✔️Sweetener to taste (I used stevia)
✔️Baking powder ½ teaspoon
✔️Salt 1 pinch
✔️Soft cheese 400 g
✔️Natural yogurt 1 tablespoon
✔️Coconut flakes 1 tablespoon
✔️Vanilla extract, orange peel (optional)
Total per 100 grams:
Calories - 122.98 kcal.
Protein - 10.24 g.
Fat - 6.87 g.
Carbohydrate - 5.13 g.
