🧠 Meet Lisa & Tina

Lisa Huang-North, Senior Product Leader at Microsoft, is a customer-focused, data-driven product leader. Currently, Lisa is building products to protect customers and users from 99.9% of cybersecurity attacks. In 2022, Microsoft Security generated more than USD $ 20 billion in revenue. Lisa is a passionate advocate for women in product management. She serves on the 2023 Women In Product Conference Steering Committee to provide strategic guidance, community insight, and social stewardship. Before joining Microsoft, Lisa built her career over a decade of industry experience spanning aerospace, strategic consulting, finance, digital marketing, and full-stack software engineering. A former startup founder, Lisa built an award-winning digital marketing agency to deliver digital strategy and brand activation campaigns for Singapore Airlines, Vitamin Water, the City of Cape Town, and more. She was an Entrepreneur in Residence at the Cape Innovation and Technology Initiative (CiTi), Africa’s most established tech incubator.

Tina Nguyen is a senior financial industry leader with over 15 years of experience in product management, data analytics, data management, risk management, and AI product management. Tina’s career reflects a demonstrated track record in blending business strategies and innovative technologies through leading large-scale transformation initiatives resulting in the optimization of financial management processes and increased shareholder value.

Tina brings her experience through her work with non-profit boards. In 2019, she was elected as an executive committee member and chair of the finance committee of NorthPoint Health & Wellness Center. Tina is a member of the Women-on-Board, Minnesota Chapter, where she served as an annual event committee board member. Tina served on the Community Engagement Committee at Augsburg University Alumni Board where she championed the first ESG-focused campus expansion fundraising.

Tina migrated from Vietnam alone as a sophomore in high school, and after 21 years of immigration journey, she recently became a U.S. citizen. Tina’s mission is to bring visibility to the invisible. Her passion is to eliminate racism, to advocate for support for women and children of wars, and to promote minority women in leadership positions.
