⏰ About Leadership Coaching Circles:
The WIP Leadership Coaching Circles are facilitator-led peer coaching with one expert coach and a small group of senior-level (Director, Sr. Director, Head of Product, or equivalent) women in product. 
Leadership coaching circles are led by experienced executive coaches and are structured group sessions designed to facilitate collaborative learning, personal growth, and skill development among participants.

Jenny Cu •   / jennycu  
Jenny has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, with hands-on experience as a Product Manager at large Fortune 500 companies like ebay and Yahoo! as well as mid-size companies and startups like Cafepress and Everyday Yoga. She has a degree in Computer Science and Business from UC Berkeley, and an MBA from Santa Clara University. 
Jenny is now an executive recruiter and career coach with clients from companies like Google, Amazon, Meta, Microsoft, PayPal, and more. She has previously led both Executive and Senior peer coaching circles with Women in Product and was awarded Scale’s Top Product Coach Honoree award. Laurie Cordova •   / lauriecordova  
Laurie is a Product Advisor, Consultant, and Product Management Coach, and spent 20 years building products, first as a PM and then as an Executive. Laurie has extensive experience building B2B and B2C digital products and tools. She has led product teams across multiple industries and categories, including healthcare, edtech, media, publishing, informational services, and renewables. She has built mobile applications, backend platforms, websites, SaaS products, customer portals, communities, content products, marketplaces and e-commerce workflows. She has experience in startups, growth stage companies, and enterprise organizations, and recently stood at the podium for the opening bell at the NYSE as she led her Product team through IPO.

Yue Zhao •   / yuezhao  
Yue is a career coach for senior managers and directors. She has coached hundreds of aspiring executives and helped them advance their careers to VP+. She is the author of The Uncommon Executive: Breakthrough to the C-suite as a Minority and is working on a Reforge course for the same.
Separately, Yue is a venture partner with LifeX Ventures, an $100M early-stage fund investing in Healthtech and Climatech. Prior, she was the Chief Product & Technology officer at Fuzzy Pet Health (Series C, Matrix, Greycroft), Product Management Lead at Meta and Instagram, and first PM at Thumbtack (Series I, Sequoia, Google Ventures).
