When compared to Marvel, the DC Extended Universe has struggled to find its footing at the box office many times. Yet this has never stopped the DCEU and Warner Bros. from raking in some serious dough.

While the movies themselves may not have done their best in theaters, the fact is that there are just too many legendary characters and awesome stories to be told from the DC Comics-verse. More than a dozen DC-related feature ventures are currently in development.
