The fun continues in New York as 40 cheesemongers pit their skills in a blind cheese tasting. Then things tense up as the top 25 go through to "Cut and Wrap". In this round mongers must cut 2 x 1/4 pound pieces of cheese by eye and then speed wrap each piece. Who will hold their nerve?
