Judy plans our 40+ hour extended fast. We plan for this by involving a full body workout session on day one then a lighter workout on the second day. This extended fast is for a body reset. During the fasting period we only drink water, black coffee, black/green tea, electrolytes-no cream, sugar or calories. Research has shown that extended fasting can aid in slowing aging and improve cognitive function. Consult with your doctor if you have questions or want to start fasting.
