Practicing the First 3 Breathing Techniques
In the fourth session of 10 minutes, you will practice on your own for the first time. Of course, Master Niels is here to support your practice, but he won't guide you with his voice.

After completing all four sessions in this series Mindfulness for Beginners, you have laid out a solid foundation to practice independently and not depend on any type of guidance. Furthermore, you are now ready to extend the duration of your practice to 15 minutes. Master Niels is here to help you with this, so make sure also to watch his next guided meditation sessions!

Remember to focus on your breath touching the inside of your nostrils during your inhalation and exhalation.

B2 - Breathe in and out deeply
B1 - Breathe fast, short, and shallow

This 10-minute guided session is especially for those who are just starting to practice mindfulness but is also great to practice with if you already have more experience.
