There are some cars that seem too good to be true; which usually means that it is. Many of the cars in this price range have suffered from tremendous depreciation, which should be a hint to consumers that they are a money trap.

There are many cars that typically come to mind when you think of this price range, such as Mini coopers, Toyota Prius, Toyota Corollas, old BMW 7 series, problematic Mercedes Benz S Classes, V6 Mustangs, etc… However, my list dives a little deeper since I have always been keeping an eye out for cars in this price range since I am always looking for a reliable daily driver.
