Outlast is one of the scariest horror games to date. This is achieved on the one hand by the constant darkness and the need to move around using the camcorder's night vision mode. On the other hand, the excellent soundscape and music enhance the eerie atmosphere. I summarize the story of the game in my video, you could also consider it a quick walkthrough.
