Amanda Zoe Hernandez Rodriguez grew up on the island of Puerto Rico. And in that time, she experienced several natural disasters that helped shape her academic and career interests. Massive hurricanes and earthquakes knocked out power and cell service for months at a time, and made getting needed supplies difficult. And when COVID hit while Rodriguez was in college, it further cemented her interest in supply chain management. Now that she's graduating, Rodriguez wants to be an inspiration to other Latina women that you can be successful and make a positive change on the world.
