Spinach 80 grams.
Apple.
celery sticks.
400ml of water.
Crush in a blender.
Pass through a sieve.
We don't throw away the pulp, we bake a cake out of it!
100 grams of pulp. 10 grams of sweetener.
0.5 teaspoons of salt. 1 egg. vegetable oil 1 tbsp. milk 100 ml.
Pumpkin seeds 100 grams.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
Grind 100g of rolled oats in a coffee grinder.
Dried cranberries 50 grams.
Grease the mold with oil and sprinkle with oatmeal.
Bake in the oven at 180°C (400°F) for 40 minutes.
