In this UCSF Department of Medicine Covid-19 Grand Rounds, we begin with an update from George Rutherford on the current state of the pandemic, including the emerging but highly regional fourth wave. Next, we will present various scenarios (gatherings, travel, schools, sports, and more) to Monica Gandhi and Peter Chin-Hong, who will opine on whether the scenario is safe or risky – both to those who are vaccinated and those who are not. The session is moderated by UCSF Department of Medicine Chair Bob Wachter.
