korean mandu, Vietnamese pizza and tteokbokki are really yammy! frying rice paper and Korean Fried Seaweed Rolls are good..
Rice paper chicken is not good😂

1) Rice paper dumpling (mandu)
150g tofu
100g chicken breast
1/4 carrot
1/4 onion
2 fists of leek
2 eggs
3 tablespoons starch
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 Cheongyang Chili Pepper(korean spicy Green chili peppers)

1. Mash the tofu and chop the carrots and onions into small pieces.
2. Mix all the ingredients at once
3. Soak the rice paper in lukewarm water for about 5 seconds and place it on the workbench.
4. Add dumpling stuffing and roll it up
5. Put the dumplings(mandu) in a frying pan with oil and roast them over medium heat.



2) Korean Fried Seaweed Rolls
100g glass noodle
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 teaspoons sugar
4 sheets of laver for gimbap

1. Put the glass noodle in boiling water and boil for 7 minutes.
2. After washing in cold water, remove the water.
3. Add soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar and mix well.
4. Soak the rice paper in lukewarm water for about 5 seconds and place it on the workbench.
5. Divide the laver for gimbap into 4 and place it on the rice paper.
6. Add glass noodle and roll it up
7. Put the Korean Fried Seaweed Rolls in a frying pan greased with oil and roast over medium heat.


3) Kimbu-gak, frying rice paper
1. sheet of laver for gimbap + 2 sheets of rice paper
2.Attach the rice paper soaked in water for 5 seconds to the laver for gimbap
3.Dry the seaweed and rice paper until completely dry.
4.Cut into quarters with scissors and fry in oil in a preheated frying pan.
5.If it swells up, take it out immediately to drain the oil.


4) Rosé Rice Paper Tteokbokki
Rice paper, 3 pieces of fish cakes, a little cabbage
2 tablespoons red pepper paste
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tbspkorean red pepper powder
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tbsp ketchup
100ml of water
200ml milk
100ml fresh cream

1. Soak the rice paper in lukewarm water for 5 seconds and place it on the workbench.
2. Lay 3 rice papers on top of each other and roll them tightly.
3. After 2 minutes, when the shape is completely fixed, cut it with scissors.
4. Bring the seasoning sauce to a boil, then add milk and whipped cream to it and bring to a boil.
5. Add rice cake and fish cake cabbage and boil until slightly thickened.
I will eat it with dumplings and seaweed rolls, so I made tteokbokki with a lot of soup.



5) Rice Paper Pizza
leek 2 tsp
1 tsp dried shrimp
half an egg
sweet corn 2 tsp
some garlic fries
Sriracha Sauce

1. Put the rice paper on the frying pan and spread the leek, shrimp and egg sweet corn on it.
2. Sprinkle with chili sauce or srira cha sauce and fold in half when the eggs are all cooked.



6). Rice Paper Chicken
It doesn't taste good!! Chicken is too dry

1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-size pieces.
2. Soak the rice paper in lukewarm water for about 5 seconds, then put it on the workbench and roll up the chicken breast.
3. Put it on a plate for about 5 minutes to dry the rice paper and spray oil.
4. Put it in the air fryer preheated to 200 degrees and bake for 4 minutes at 180 degrees, flipping it over for 4 minutes.
5. Complete with chili sauce
