This is a 'progressive muscle relaxation'. Progressive muscle relaxation (a.k.a. PMR) is an effective relaxation technique that has been scientifically researched by the medically community and is extremely effective in the management of anxiety, stress, tension and insomnia. It involves tensing and relaxing all the muscles of the body progressively from head to toe to help induce a deep state of relaxation. When you experience deep physical relaxation, your mind automatically becomes more relaxed.

The original video (2015) unfortunately was deleted during the demonetization and I was not able to get it back. Fortunately I had the script saved and was able to re-record it and reupload it for you again. I hope you find this helpful!
