Necessary materials
For the cream:
5 glasses of milk (1 liter).
1 egg.
4 tablespoons of sugar (80 grams).
2 tablespoons of corn starch (50 grams).
2 tablespoons of wheat flour (50 grams).
1 tablespoon of butter (40 grams).

For the syrup:
2 glasses of water (400 ml).
2 cups of sugar (400 grams).
1 slice of lemon.

To lubricate:
butter (150 grams).
1/2 tea glass of vegetable oil (50 ml).

Baklava dough. 44 leaves (800 grams).

Bake in the oven at 180 °C for 45 - 50 minutes.
