For long time storage, Onion should be stored between 0 to 4 Degree Celsius and 65-70% Humidity. This will achieve storage time of 6 to 9 months.
We are providing economical solution for storage of onions. You can reduce the temperature below 4 Degree Celsius by using normal split AC or window units fitted with our special electronic device. You can either construct a cheap new cold room or convert an existing storage room into a cold storage. These units can work with normal house electricity or with portable generators. Hence the electricity consumption is very low compared to normal cold storages.
Depending on the size of the room, we will recommend the number of split AC units required. Any normal technician can easily install these AC units. Also there is no annual maintenance charges for the same.

• You can build very small cold storages from 1.5 meter x 1.5 meter to very big rooms up to 50 meter x 50 meter.
• If you ever want to move the cold storage, it will be very simple
• Almost 50000 units are working satisfactorily for past 10 years around the world.
• If you don’t have a regular power supply at your farm, you can use a small portable generator on petrol, diesel, kerosene etc.
