Our technology will help you to convert a room to a cold storage with very little expenditure. You can convert any normal room constructed with bricks, cement, GI sheet, Aluminium sheets, wood etc. or a container. It will be cheaper by upto 40% compared to normal cooling units. Also energy saving will be up to 50%. We are using a normal split AC or window AC unit modified with a special circuitry made in the USA.
First of all, you have to insulate the inner wall of the room using our thermal sheets. We will supply these sheets based on the required temperature. You can fix these sheets on the walls and the ceiling.
Now you have to fix the modified AC units on any of the walls as per your convenience. The installation is exactly similar to your normal split AC or window AC units. The AC unit is modified by us using a special circuitry. This will achieve any temperature above zero degree centigrade. You can run these units with a small generator or even on solar panels.
You can use this method to convert any room, container etc. into a cold storage for any non- freezing applications. Also these units do not require any special periodic maintenance at all.
You can use these rooms for any applications such as storage of dairy products, flowers, fruits, vegetables, processed food items, sweets, chocolates, meat etc.
