1 zucchini.
thinly slice.
Garlic.
Potato.
Water.
cook until soft.
Olive oil.
Fry for 10 minutes.
remove the garlic.
mash with a fork.
soft potatoes, remove from heat and let cool.
4 potatoes.
mix.
1 egg.
60 grams of Parmesan cheese.
150 grams of breadcrumbs.
mix.
Form balls.
place on a baking sheet.
Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
