Here are the rules I had to follow at my eating disorder inpatient treatment center (I definitely broke a few)! While every residential eating disorder treatment center is different, hopefully this gives you some idea of what you can expect if you go inpatient. As always, make sure you are getting the help YOU need. Everyone’s recovery journey is different, and there’s not a one size fits all system for recovery.
