INGRIDIENTS:

1 1/2 cups Cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tap salt
1 cup evap
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp. Ube flavoring for the other half of batter

6 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar

Pan size: 10 inch round pan
Steam 35-40 minutes on a medium low heat
