This version is easy to make at home and topped with cheddar cheese.

Oven Baked Puto

Ingredients:

1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 egg
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 cup evaporated milk
3/4 cup water
1 tsp vanilla extract
