Me doing some Taekwondo Kickboxing techniques on a B.O.B (270lbs Body Opponent Bag). This is more of my Kickboxing techniques but i have put a bit of flash techniques in there (540s, etc). I wouldn't actually try them kicks in full contact and they are in there for fun and to test my ability. I hope you like it :) Please Like, Comment and Subscribe!
