Practical tips and strategies to work from home effectively not only during the lockdown of COVID-19 but also beyond. Tips and strategies to work from home:

1) Have a routine. I get up, start my workout, meditate, and then journal. Then after a shower I do some work downstairs which is what I'd normally do before going to the office. Then I go to my room office. I dress as if I was going out, and try to resemble a normal life as much as possible.

2) Set up as professionally as you can. It's tempting to work from the sofa all day. But that can have not only physical repercussions because of posture, but also psychological repercussions.

3) Nutrition. It's important that we don't fall into the trap of eating junk just because we're at home. I actually stepped my supplement game up and ensure that I get a lot of greens.

4) Move regularly. I have a recurring item on Anydo: the 60-10. 60 minutes of work and 10 minutes of break. It's a wise investment; it keeps the productivity level high.

5) Have a schedule: Between 5:00 and 6:00 I working out, meditate and journal. I work in between 6:00 and 12:00, and between 2:00 and 5:30. With this routine it feels like I'm finishing, I'm going home. And then in the morning I go to work. It keeps me productive, sane, happy. When COVID-19 ends, I might be doing a lot more working from home.
