This classic chiffon cake is so fluffy, light, airy and yet bouncy soft.This is just easy to make and can be served for any occasion.

This video presents easy to follow recipe with some tips and tricks on how to avoid shrinking and deflating and successfully come up with a perfect chiffon cake.

INGREDIENTS
➡️Cake batter
240g cake flour
10g baking powder
1 tsp salt
200g superfine or caster sugar -No.1
1 piece lemon zest - optional
120g canola or vegetable oil
140g whole milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
120g egg yolks

➡️Meringue
240g egg whites
100g superfine or caster sugar -No.2
1/2 tsp cream of tartar or 1 tsp lemon juice
