Korean corn cheese is one of the easiest Korean comfort foods we've tried making. You only need a few base ingredients, and you can choose between using a stove, oven, air fryer or even a microwave to make it.

Ingredients you'll need for a single serving:
82.5 g (1/2 cup) sweetcorn kernels
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
30 g mozzarella shredded
1/4 tablespoon unsalted butter
1/3 teaspoon sugar
salt to taste
pepper to taste

We will say there are some differences in texture depending on which cooking method you choose, but they all taste great. We've decided to show you how to make this cheesy sweetcorn dish for a single serving so you can easily cook this for yourself rather than a huge batch, which could be calorific.

Once you've mastered the basics, you can add different toppings like tuna, spring onion, imitation crab meat and also other types of cheese. Our favourite is to add a bit of cheddar along with the mozzarella.
