18th - 21st April 2024 saw the Severn Valley Railway host their annual Spring Steam Gala, featuring no less than eight locomotive in steam over the event. The star's of the show included LB&SCR Stroudley A1 Class 'Terrier' 0-6-0T, No.72 'Fenchurch' (Courtesy of the Bluebell Railway), GWR 1369 Class 'Pannier' 0-6-0PT, No.1369 (Courtesy of the South Devon Railway) and Kitson Lambton Colliery 0-6-2T, No.29 (courtesy of the North Yorkshire Moors Railway). The event also saw Stanier 5MT Class 'Mogul' 2-6-0, No.13268 freshly outshopped in LMS lined black.
Filmed on an initially overcast Friday 19th April, we see an intensive timetable of passenger, local and goods services between Kiddermister and Bridgnorth from various vantage points along the route.
