Made in a pan with indentations as if you were making tiny, rounded cupcakes, these treats from Thailand are crisp on the outside and soft, warm and custardy on the inside. Topped with a variety of toppings from green onions, to corn, coconut or taro, Kanom Krok has the aroma of coconut. This is my favorite Thai dessert.
