Badreddine Ouali is the Founder and Co-CEO of Vermeg Group, a specialized software house providing financial services in banking, capital markets and insurance. Founded in 2002, Vermeg is based in the Netherlands, with a substantial back-office operation in Tunisia. Ouali had previously founded a Tunis-based software company in 1993 named BFI, which he later opted to re-establish as Vermeg in Amsterdam due to mounting political and economic pressures.

In this video, Ouali explains his views on the importance of fostering a work environment in which employees feel they can participate towards enacting a meaningful impact in their communities.
