Adenike Ogunlesi is the Founder and Chief Responsibility Officer of Ruff 'n' Tumble, a leading designer and retailer of children's clothing based in Lagos, Nigeria. Ogunlesi started the company in 1996 with a line of cotton pajamas. Today, she has stores across Nigeria and Ruff 'n' Tumble is known as an indigenous premium brand with designs inspired by African print fabrics.

In this video, Ogunlesi underscores the challenges of entrepreneurship and argues that business leaders should remain committed to an ethical framework that allows them to positively impact the lives and livelihoods of the communities they serve.
