Smothered Turkey Wings Ingredients
3 - 4 lbs. Turkey Wings (cut into flats and drums)
3 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Onion Powder
2 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Dried Thyme
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 green Bell Pepper sliced
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Gravy
4 tbsp Butter
1 yellow Onion thinly sliced
2 Garlic Cloves minced
¼ tsp Smoked Paprika
¼ cup All Purpose Flour
⅛ tsp Sage
3 - 4 tbsp Pan Drippings from your wings
2 cups Turkey Stock or Chicken Stock (room temperature)
Salt and Pepper to taste
