In this video, I’m going to share 3 simple habits that I have used to pretty much eliminate brainfog from my life.

We will look at how taking mindful pauses, adjusting your posture, and softening and slowing your breathing can all help to reduce symptoms of Brainfog.

From my own experience, and from helping other people to overcome their brainfog, its often the small changes that we make – a minute here - a minute there, that can make the biggest difference.

So if you are experiencing brain fog, if you struggle to concentrate or if you are experiencing cognitive fatigue, they this video could make an enormous difference to your quality of life.

These tools can potentially help to reduced brain fog caused by stress, anxiety, burnout and long-covid.
